Yin Flow in Clinton

Yin Flow (Slow): A mix of Yin Yoga and Relax Flow.  Yin Yoga addresses tension and stress in the connective tissue of the body through passive poses with long holds.  The practice will consist of 30 minutes deep stretching (yin) followed by 20 minutes of relax flow.  We will end with a long savasana (final relaxation).

Grab a friend and meet me after work for a relaxing and chill type of flow! We will come together as a family in a safe space to destress after a long work week with a gentle and restorative yoga flow. We will start with a soothing meditation and breath work then we will focus on releasing stress in the mind and the body through gentle yoga postures, while breathing in soothing aromatherapy and listening to soulful music.
