Hey family! Come out and join me for 60-mins of movement, music, breath, and flow as we tend to ourselves for a change. It's all about self-care in this class as we learn how to breathe in, stress out. Lets come together and set our intentions for the week!
So grab your yoga mat and bring a friend. Come out and learn about some of the great benefits of yoga and meditation from a therapeutic stand point. Yoga may be used as a holistic tool for relieving stress which may be attributed to sleeplessness, high blood pressure, and other health ailments.
Investment: Only $50 for a 4-Class Pass or drop-in for $15. Space is limited so sign up in advance through the Eventbrite link. Drop-ins are welcome if space is available.
LOCATION: Jazzercise Crofton Fitness Center, 1119 Route 3N, Gambrills, MD 21054 (drive around to the back of the building and Jazzercise is on the top 2nd floor)
