In February I will be releasing my YOGA FOR HEART HEALTH!! This program is perfect for the beginners and for those are interested in caring for their physical and spiritual heart.

Did you know that yoga can be used to improve heart health as a preventative measure or after facing a cardiac event.  Yoga has proven benefits for those who have faced cardiac arrest, heart attack, or other heart-related events.  The emotional stress from such an event can have significant and adverse effects on the heart.  But the calming benefits of yoga can be a huge benefits to manage those adverse effects. 

My dear grandmother Mrs. Leola William had a heart condition and I am honored to dedicate this program to her and her memory as I share holistic tools to care for your heart.   

The program supports the February health observation of AMERICAN HEART MONTH!  The program includes three (3) 10-minute Christian meditations, three (3) 20-minute yoga flows, along with a downloadable devotional guide full of scriptures, affirmations, heart facts, and prayers.  The information provided will help you take a closer look at your heart health, as we open our hearts to God, allow Him to clean our hearts, and then present our hearts back to Him.
