Yoga with Sherrell (6-week series)
All are invited to register for my six-week summer yoga series with yours truly at the Bowie Community Center.
Learn basic yoga to improve health and flexibility through deep breathing and controlled stretching. Reduce stress, get better sleep, and build muscle stamina as you practice new or previously learned yoga skills.
This gentle mat class uses a combination of Yoga, Pilates, breath work, and mobility exercises. Students will be able to release tension in the body, improve mental clarity, and increase range of motion while using their body weight to build strength.

Summer Yoga & Wellness Retreat
I will be partnering with Bon Secours Retreat & Conference Center for their summer yoga and wellness retreat
This retreat will provide participants with a mental, physical, and spiritual respite to reset. We will identify and discuss common stressors and strategies for improving body awareness through interoception which helps you understand and feel what’s going on inside your body.

2024 Women’s Wellness Weekend
I will be partnering with Bon Secours Retreat & Conference Center for the third year in a row for their annual Women’s Wellness Weekend!
Details will be provided closer to the date but like this year I will be facilitating a 90-minute movement/meditation workshop.

Mini Fall Yoga & Meditation Retreat
I will be partnering with Bon Secours Retreat & Conference Center for a Mini Fall Yoga & Meditation retreat.
During this mini-retreat, we will consider how mindfulness can serve as a simple tool for stress management and resilience. We will learn about expressive writing, mindful movement, meditation, and sound & silence exercises, exploring them through an embodied experience. This retreat experience is designed to support your physical, mental, and spiritual health and well-being.

All women veterans are invited to join this FREE listening session hosted by the Sierra Club | Military Outdoors. I’m honored to be a part of the panel as we discuss the health and wellness needs of women veterans.

The Power of the Breath - The season of Lent offers us an opportunity to pause and let our spirits breathe. It's a time of remembrance, self-examination, and renewal as we reflect on the life of Jesus. During this one-day mini-retreat, we will discuss the power of the breath and how the breath of life is made alive in us physically and spiritually. Through Adam humanity took its first breath and through Jesus humanity is saved by his last breath. We will explore the breath of life through scriptures, journaling, personal quiet time/reflection, meditation, and gentle mindful movement. This retreat experience is designed to support your physical, mental, and spiritual health and well-being.

Galentine's Day Retreat
I will be partnering with Bon Secours Retreat & Conference Center for their Galentine’s Day retreat.
The retreat will be guided by Andrea Springer and the closing yoga class will be taught by Sherrell Moore-Tucker. The retreat includes dinner on Friday, overnight accommodations, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday.
